 Box Hill Hospital - Diabetes
The Box HIll Hospital Diabetes training website was created in conjuction with Holloway Productions (a graphic design company in Essendon). The graphic design was given to us and then we put it all together in web format. We also developed a customised database for the training program.
The Diabetes website features:
Online training: Each nurse at the Box Hill Hostipal working with Diabetes is required to acheive a level of Diabetes knowledge. Each nurse can uniquely log onto the Diabetes website from anywhere in the world and read through the diabetes documentation presented in an easy to digest format.
The learning process is broken into 3 modules, each of which has 2 or 3 sections. After each section the nurse is required to sit an online multiple choice test, and then either proceed to the next section or continue to learn until passing the test. At the final stage there is a larger 40 question test and the nurse is awarded a certificate on completion.
